Staff Hub Is Now A Shopify Staff Operations Workspace
Staff Hub is live on the Shopify App Store, and the current release expands the product from staff training into a broader staff operations workspace for Shopify retailers.
Retail teams can now use Staff Hub to keep training, communication, schedules, time tracking, manager review, and payroll preparation closer to the workflows they already run every day.

Transparent Data Note
Staff Hub includes sales attribution, commission, and sales-goal workflows. Automatic Shopify order/refund webhook ingestion is pending Shopify protected customer data approval. Until that approval is granted and the canonical Shopify app configuration is released, public setup instructions should not promise fully automatic Shopify order/refund sync.
