Do I need a Shopify store to use Staff Hub?

No. Staff Hub runs as both a Shopify embedded app and a standalone web platform at app.staffhubapp.com. Shopify merchants get POS time-clock workflows; standalone customers get the same training, communication, scheduling, and timesheet tools.

How does the POS time clock work?

Staff Hub installs a POS tile on Shopify POS. Staff tap the tile, enter their PIN, and clock in or out. Managers see a live roster with break and approval status. Every action creates an immutable audit event so timesheet edits are fully traceable.

Which payroll providers do you export to?

Staff Hub exports payroll-ready CSV files with hours, breaks, PTO, tips, and commissions. The CSV format is compatible with Gusto, QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, and any provider that imports CSV. Export by visible rows, selected rows, or filtered date range.

Is there a free plan?
